In this role you will partner with the Store Manager on hiring, training, and daily operations, ensuring strong merchandising, safety, and customer satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• Experience in people management or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team members to deliver top guest experiences.
• Coach team, provide feedback, and manage performance.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing and merchandising.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues on the floor.
• Collaborate with managers on planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
