Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations across all departments. You will be cross-trained, support the General Manager, and develop into higher management roles after completing the Management Accreditation Program.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, handling reports, ensuring safety, and delivering exceptional guest service. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager direction and support staff.
• Lead and coach Team Members in their functions.
• Assist in admin reports and daily theatre operations.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness, enforce dress code and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve conflicts when needed.
