Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help manage theatre operations, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier guest service. You will work across departments, train employees, and support the General Manager to maintain safety, compliance, and efficient daily operations.

The role is a stepping stone through the Management Accreditation Program, with opportunities for advancement to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond after six months of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program within required timeframes.
• Demonstrated ability to train and lead others.
• Excellent Guest service and cash handling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager directions and support staff.
• Supervise in all departments and theatre functions.
• Train and coach team members on their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Monitor building, parking lot, and equipment condition.
• Ensure compliance with dress code and safety protocols.
• Deliver superior customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Enforce Cinemark guidelines and ethics across staff.
