Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, ensure policy adherence, and train staff across departments.

The role offers growth toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre/General Manager through the Management Accreditation Program and progressive experience. You will supervise multiple departments, coach team members, assist with reporting, uphold safety and dress code standards, and ensure exceptional guest service while managing cash handling and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program basic courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state mandated certifications.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance required.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent guest service and accurate cash handling.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all ages and personalities.
• Ability to work in a team and independently, follow directions, and respond with urgency.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and lead others and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports decisions in communication with staff.
• Works in all departments and performs theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members.
• Assists in preparation of administrative and special reports.
• Observes theatre condition and reports needed repairs.
• Ensures staff follow dress code and provide superior customer service.
• Enforces Cinemark policies fairly and consistently.
• Reports employee relations issues to General Manager.
• Adheres to Employee Relations Reporting Protocol.
• Maintains high work ethic and conduct standards.
• Identifies and sanitizes high-contact areas.
• Uses Personal Protective Equipment as required.
• Adapts to cleaning task frequency and scope.
• Addresses safety or security issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
