Job summary

Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager at Liberty Center to support the Shop Manager, lead a team on the sales floor, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving store performance. The role emphasizes leadership practices: Be Real, Be Curious, Lead Fearlessly, Adapt and Evolve, Grow Talent, and Live with Purpose.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in retail supervision, strong communication, problem solving, and a passion for skincare and ethical business.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: experience with consultation-based service models.
• Preferred: ability to coach and train staff with positive feedback.
• Preferred: proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite; adaptable to systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop on a day-to-day basis in absence of the Shop Manager.
• Drive sales and customer experience to exceed goals.
• Educate customers on brand values and product ethics.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; manage scheduling and performance.
