Job summary

Lush North America is seeking a Store Manager to lead retail operations, champion customer experience, and develop a diverse, high-performing team. You’ll manage budgets, drive sales, and uphold our ethical standards in skincare and sustainability across US locations.

The role emphasizes coaching, cross-functional leadership, and a commitment to inclusive, engaging store environments that reflect our values.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing in a retail environment.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution and performance management
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop including holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Ability to develop and train staff through positive coaching and feedback
• Strong record of developing retail staff careers
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite
• Cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
