The position emphasizes managing daily club activities, mentoring staff, and maintaining standards across cleanliness, dress code, and customer interactions. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum six months supervising or managing experience in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive club metrics in line with business performance and goals.
• Develop knowledge of club services, programs and competitors.
• Assist in interviewing and initial phone screenings for front desk staff.
• Review sales data with GM and adjust plans to improve performance.
• Uphold company standards and maintain a clean, friendly club environment.
• Ensure punctuality, dress code compliance, friendliness, and cleanliness.
• Oversee front desk cleaning duties and overnight staff when needed.
• Coordinate disciplinary actions with GM, RM and HR.
• Cover shifts as needed and assist with club audits and inspections.
• Mentor front end staff for growth through training and performance reviews.
