Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience as supervisor/manager in high-volume restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Bi-lingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing front desk and guest services to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support General Manager and oversee front desk staff and shift coverage.
• Recruitment support including initial phone interviews for front desk and fitness staff.
• Monitor club metrics and sales numbers with GM to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization and adherence to company standards.
• Mentor front-end staff with training and performance development.
• Coordinate disciplinary actions with GM and HR as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Club Manager.
