Job summary

Hawaiian Waters in Texas is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to ensure efficient operations in the Food and Beverage Department. This role involves supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and maintaining compliance with health regulations.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, be energetic, and communicate effectively with both team members and guests. Certification in alcohol serving and a Food Handler's Permit are required for the role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in department or equivalent supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public, customers and staff members.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission Alcohol Seller/Server Certification.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Permit.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food and beverage staff to ensure efficient daily operation.
• Schedule proper staffing for shifts based on business needs.
• Conduct pre- and post-shift briefings with all staff.
• Ensure compliance with Health Department sanitation guidelines.
• Assist customers with questions about Hawaiian Waters Waterpark.
