Job summary

Restaurant 604 in Hawaii is looking for friendly servers to provide courteous, efficient service to guests. You will coordinate with front- and back-of-house staff to ensure accurate preparation and timely service, while handling payments and maintaining a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests within 2 minutes, taking orders, explaining menu items, upselling when appropriate, and following sanitation and appearance standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly during shifts.
• Must be able to stand and move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attendance record and show up on time.
• Follow sanitation and safety standards.
• Know menu items, explain specials, and handle substitutions.
