Border Foods LLC in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, build a strong team, and ensure guests receive great food and friendly service.

This non-exempt management position offers flexible scheduling, top industry pay, a bonus program up to $20,000 annually, education programs, healthcare, free food, and pathways for career growth within our family.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team.
• Ensure customers have a great food and friendly experience.
