Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce Core Values and lead restaurant operations. You will oversee the full shift, manage a team, and ensure guests enjoy great food and a friendly service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.
• Uphold Border Foods CORE values in daily work.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members when needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety, cash handling, and training requirements.
