Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Non-exempt management, minimum 50 hours per week
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience
• Lead scheduling and deployment of the team to meet standards
• Drive fast and friendly service and manage POS systems
• Ensure health and safety standards and compliance with laws
