SONIC Drive-In in Kansas City, MO is hiring an Assistant Manager. You’ll assist the General Manager in running daily drive-in operations, lead shifts, and support training to ensure guests receive quality, safe, and speedy service.

You’ll help maintain cleanliness and compliance while helping your team deliver a great dining experience. We’re looking for friendly, reliable leaders with restaurant or retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task.

Formación

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience or equivalent retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in running daily drive-in operations.
• Train and coach Team Members and Carhops to ensure quality service.
• Monitor standards for food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Manage inventory and support scheduling to meet restaurant goals.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through friendly and timely service.
