Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certification required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and lead others and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the theatre and ensure policies are followed.
• Cross trained in all departments to support where needed.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Report facility repairs and safety issues to the General Manager.
• Maintain high standards of dress code and customer service.
