Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED diploma preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program required.
• Ability to obtain local health/food handling certifications if required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and support staff communication.
• Work in all departments and theatre functions.
• Train and coach Team Members on job duties.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safe, compliant operations.
• Enforce dress code and handle employee relations per protocol.
