Job summary
GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a fast-paced convenience store in Virginia. You will support the Store Manager, run registers, and coach a high-performing team to provide excellent customer service. Open availability and weekend/holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications
- Must be proficient in English and have basic math skills.
- Food Safety Certification required or obtainable.
- Open availability including weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
- Run the register with speed and accuracy.
- Coach and motivate team to upsell promotions.
- Help hire, train, and lead a customer-focused team.
- Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, safe store and pump area.
- Create staff schedules to ensure full coverage.
- Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
