Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC in Richmond, VA seeks an Assistant Manager to keep our high-energy store running smoothly across shifts. You’ll support the Store Manager, handle cash, coach a team, and ensure stellar service.

Open availability, weekend and holiday work, and a Food Safety Certification are required or obtainable. This role offers weekly pay, a bonus potential, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities to advance to store leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Open availability for weekends/holidays and second or third shifts.
• Food Safety Certification must be obtained or already held.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register quickly and accurately; assist customers.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising; maintain stock.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and safe environment.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and store deposits.
