Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store in Mechanicsville, VA. You will support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, run the register, coach the team, and help maintain a welcoming, well-stocked store.

Open availability, weekends/holidays, a valid driver’s license, and a Food Safety Certification are required. This role offers weekly pay, a signing bonus after 6 months, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities to grow into store leadership.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Physical ability to clean restrooms, take out trash and stock shelves.
• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Proficient in English with basic math.
• Willing to learn new duties and procedures.
• Certification in Food Safety required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
