GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a fast-paced Charlottesville, VA convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer service. Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+ and able to work weekends/holidays.
• Must obtain Food Safety Certification or have it already.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as manager when Store Manager is away.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Create and manage team schedules.
• Oversee cash handling and deposits.
• Provide leadership to excel as a team.
