GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store in Palmer, MA. You will support the Store Manager, supervise daily operations, and ensure excellent customer service on every shift.

This role requires open availability for weekends and holidays, strong leadership, cash handling, inventory, and the ability to train and motivate a team. A Food Safety Certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to obtain required certifications.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening as part of pre-employment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned
