Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Ardmore. Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest service.

You will train and mentor staff, manage inventory and labor costs, uphold food safety standards, and drive sales targets. Strong communication and leadership are a must; evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements
