Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, train staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards.

The role requires leading a team in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining cost controls and a clean, organized dining area.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
