LOFT in Mayfair Mall, Wauwatosa, WI is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture. This role leads on the sales floor, coaches associates, and partners with the Store Manager to drive results.

You will cultivate a welcoming, inclusive environment, use technology to deliver seamless omnichannel service, and participate in recruiting and developing talent. A hospitality mindset and 1+ year retail leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor and model the brand's behaviors to engage customers.
