You will drive sales by analyzing the business and delivering best-in-class customer service while supervising daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, staffing, and payroll management. Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and fashion awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom for excellent service and smooth operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and process Omni Channel orders.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
