Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and mentor staff. You will open/close the store, supervise salesfloor and stockroom, and manage staffing and payroll while delivering best-in-class customer service.

You will apply fashion knowledge to styling and product knowledge to boost sales, maintain displays, and analyze reports to inform decisions. The role emphasizes promoting from within and developing future leaders.

• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
