Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to merge business strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership in a dynamic retail environment.

You will drive sales by analyzing business performance and delivering best-in-class customer service across daily store operations. In this role, you will lead opening/closing routines, oversee salesfloor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, and coach non-management staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.
• Ability to coach others and build team.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom and ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule staffing and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
