Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive sales through analysis of the business, provide best-in-class service, and oversee opening/closing routines and payroll management. You will lead staffing, coaching, and development, while ensuring brand standards, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and fashion trend awareness.
• Proven drive to achieve results with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
