Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity and people leadership.

You will drive sales by analyzing the business, delivering outstanding service, and overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing routines. You will lead staffing, training and development, showcase product knowledge, manage visual displays and use reports to guide decisions while upholding brand culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach others.
• Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
