Qualifications

• Experience in management, preferably in restaurant or retail.

• Ability to work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Drive-In operations with the General Manager.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop staff to deliver a SuperSONIC experience.
• Manage performance using metrics and provide regular feedback.
• Support with profit and loss management and shift leadership.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to laws and policies.
