Qualifications

• Prior management experience in restaurant or retail preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills required
• Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with hiring, training, supervising, directing, and developing staff
• Demonstrate a fair, firm, fun leadership approach and lead by example
• Assist with managing a profit and loss statement to exceed expectations weekly, monthly, and yearly
• Resolve employee concerns promptly and thoughtfully
• Celebrate team successes and coach for better performance
• Set expectations and provide ongoing feedback
• Create an upbeat, positive atmosphere during shifts
• Explain the big picture and the reason behind tasks to staff
• Use metrics to evaluate Drive-In performance and drive improvements
• Maintain Sonic safety and sanitation standards
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
