SONIC Drive-In in Tucumcari, NM, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations and to train and assist crew members, ensuring quality food, a clean environment and a positive guest experience.

You’ll supervise team members, direct shifts, monitor inventory and costs, perform opening/closing duties, and uphold SONIC policies while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year in retail management.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication, basic math and computer skills.
• Willingness to follow uniform and hygiene standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage, train, monitor and coach Team/Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign drive-in restaurant employees to meet service standards.
• Adhere to employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitor staffing levels, inventory levels and food cost control.
• Complete weekly inventory and maintain records.
• Assist in administrative duties and guest service documentation.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints.
