Sonic Drive-In in Portales, NM is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach crew and management, and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll records, and adherence to policies to ensure safe, efficient service.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to manage shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years restaurant management experience in a quick-service environment.
• Ability to train, supervise and coach crew and shift teams.
• Knowledge of labor laws and health and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach Crew/Team members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops to meet service standards.
• Direct daily operations to ensure food is delivered cleanly, safely and efficiently.
• Prepare staff schedules and adjust staffing for peak times and holidays.
• Monitor inventory and place orders within cost controls.
• Interview and hire staff to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve financial and sales performance.
• Create and execute a local marketing plan.
