Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience in QSR or 1 year in retail management.
• Experience running shifts without supervision.
• Effective communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and support other employees to ensure quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner.
• Open and/or close the restaurant as needed.
• Monitor staffing, inventory levels and food cost; complete weekly inventory.
• Reinforce a customer service mindset and respond to guest requests promptly.
