Qualifications

• Six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and math skills
• Follow directions and work autonomously while multi-tasking

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations
• Train and support team members to ensure quality food in a clean, safe, efficient manner
• Oversee opening/closing duties and staffing levels
• Monitor inventory and food costs; complete weekly inventory
• Handle administrative duties and maintain records
• Foster a customer service mindset and address guest needs and complaints promptly
