Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent as a prerequisite.
• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience in a fast‑service setting.
• Ability to work a minimum 5 days per week with irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of labor laws and sanitation regulations; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches crew, carhops and management staff.
• Directs and assigns employees to meet operational standards.
• Prepares staff schedules and adjusts staffing levels as needed.
• Monitors inventory and places orders within cost control procedures.
• Ensures accurate payroll and employment records are maintained.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to grow sales.
