SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager in Arkansas to help the General Manager run daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality food, a clean and safe environment, and an enjoyable guest experience. You will lead hiring, training, and supervising Great People to deliver a SuperSONIC experience.

Responsibilities include managing labor, inventory, and food cost, performing opening/closing duties, and handling guest requests and complaints with professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations to ensure quality food, safety, and guest experience.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop team members to deliver a SuperSONIC experience.
• Maintain staffing, inventory, and food cost controls; monitor weekly inventory.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and support administrative tasks.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
