SONIC Drive-In in Pine Bluff, AR, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily drive‑in operations. You will train and supervise crew, direct staff, and ensure safe, clean, and efficient food service while delivering an enjoyable guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns employees to meet food service standards.
• Ensures compliance with employee handbook and policies.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitors staffing, inventory and food cost; completes weekly inventory.
• Assists with administrative duties and records.
