Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Credit Assistant Manager in Missouri. The role focuses on credit and collections, delivering top-tier customer service, and coordinating deliveries and pickups for products at customers' homes and stores.

You will help maintain an inviting store, assist with merchandising, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting company standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: drive growth and revenue by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences in-store and in customers' homes with a 'white glove' approach.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting, clean store environment for customers and coworkers.
