Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager to support credit and collections efforts and deliver superior customer service in-store and in customers’ homes.

You will handle deliveries, merchandising, and daily store operations while maintaining a clean and inviting shopping environment. The role requires 1–3 years in retail or collections, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit and collections to support growth and revenue.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer service in stores and in customers' homes.
• Handle deliveries and pickups, ensure safe loading/unloading and product installation.
• Maintain an inviting, clean store with well-organized products and merchandise.
