Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager to provide customers access to high-quality goods and deliver premium service in stores and at customers' homes.

You will focus on credit and collections, customer service, deliveries and pickups, and merchandising, with a strong emphasis on showing grit and a servant's heart. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to drive company vehicles.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; Valid state driver's license and good driving record; You will be driving the company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: Positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through premium service in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
