Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to provide exceptional customer service, manage credit and collections, and coordinate deliveries and pickups. The role involves working in a retail environment and may include driving company vehicles to customer locations.

Minimum requirements include 1–3 years of retail or collections experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to helping customers

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely following procedures; represent the brand in a positive way.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting, organized, and clean for customers and coworkers.
