Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to access customers’ accounts, provide high-quality service, and support the sales process. You’ll engage with customers in stores and in customers' homes, delivering a white-glove level of service while promoting brand standards.

The role emphasizes reliability, driving company vehicles, and maintaining store presentation. Candidates should have basic retail experience and a customer-centric mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record; you will drive company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: communicate with customers to collect on accounts daily.
• Customer service: provide friendly in-store and in-home customer experiences.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely and in compliance with procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness.
