Rent-A-Center in the United States is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to provide high-quality customer experiences while driving store goals. You will handle credit and collections, deliver white-glove service in-store and in customers' homes, oversee deliveries and pickups, and maintain an inviting, well-organized sales floor.

Applicants should have 1–3 years of retail or collections experience, a high school diploma, be at least 18, and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift/move product and drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: Positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products while following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
