Mackenthun’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead our Caribou Coffee team. This hands-on role focuses on people, operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across shifts.

You will supervise staff, help hire/train, manage inventory, and support sales initiatives while upholding Mackenthun’s standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work a variable schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service and leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lead shifts, train staff and manage operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise baristas and team members during shifts.
• Provide hiring, training and ongoing coaching.
• Maintain customer service excellence and guest experience.
• Oversee inventory, cost control and promotions.
• Tend to equipment maintenance and ensure safety standards.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
