Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant/retail customer service experience.
• Willing to work early mornings, evenings, and some holidays/weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: high school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develops understanding of the business towards general manager level within a year.
• Creates joy-filled store experiences and teaches the team to do the same.
• Drives sales by linking speed and service to results.
