Mackenthun's Fine Foods - Minnetrista is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to lead our Caribou Coffee team and keep operations smooth from opening to close.

You will supervise baristas, assist with hiring and coaching, ensure top-notch guest experiences, manage inventory, and maintain safety and cleanliness. This hands-on role rewards strong leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience required; supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support baristas and team members during shifts.
• Assist with hiring, training and coaching, providing ongoing feedback.
• Lead customer service and guest experience, resolving issues.
• Oversee inventory, cost control, and promotions to drive sales.
