Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager of Treasury and Cash Operations at the Madison Avenue boutique. The role supports cash office and POS activities, ensures transaction accuracy, and maintains strong internal controls to uphold audit readiness.

You will lead a team of Selling & Service Assistants, coordinate with Treasury and Internal Controls, deliver training, oversee reconciliations, and resolve cash-related issues to keep daily boutique operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail and cash management experience, preferably in luxury environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with POS systems, reporting tools, and MS Office; SAP Retail a plus.
• Ability to maintain internal controls and support audits.

Responsibilities

• Support audit compliance, cash audits, and discrepancy follow-up.
• Maintain reconciliations and transaction accuracy in MSC and related systems.
• Reinforce segregation of duties and dual control in line with standards.
• Provide training on cash handling, POS operations, and treasury policies.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Internal Control, Corporate Accounting, and Store Management.
