Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Sales Associate for its Madison Avenue boutique in New York. You will deliver an exceptional client experience, drive sales, and support clienteling, after-sales service, and store initiatives.

You will operate the POS system, manage consignments and repairs, and contribute to events and business-building activities while collaborating closely with the General Manager and team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years retail experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Strong understanding of specialty retail and clienteling.
• Computer proficiency including POS systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy, and sales-focused personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and client data capture targets.
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships, including after-sales follow up and repair management.
• Process consignments, returns, and exchanges and handle customer repairs.
• Support team initiatives, contests, events, and business development activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management.
