Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day functions of the boutique. This role involves supervising shipping, receiving, and inventory control, ensuring operational compliance, and maintaining efficient back-of-house operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends. Additional responsibilities include training staff and overseeing compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail stock, shipping/receiving or operations experience.
• Ability to work full-time with varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Must be physically able to stand for extended periods and handle boxes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate processing of shipping and receiving affecting inventory.
• Maintain stock and receiving area, managing general store maintenance.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts to monitor accuracy.
• Oversee compliance with policies on security and inventory management.
• Train associates on POS procedures and safety protocols.
• Assist with payroll administration and scheduling of associates.
